Returning for comment: my favorite photo of this challenge!
I love the concept, the focus and the colors!
the only thing that's a little bit distructing is the light forehead, although I'm not sure I can suggest of any way to fix this, since burning might cause loss of contrast...
In any case - 10 from me!

great shot, very clever, good composition and lighting, so that the bubble ins;t blown out, ggreat idea converting into sepia, really gives it that classic sherlock holmes feel

This is the most handsome man on the face of the earth, in the world today, ever, of all time. Nice picture. I love the B/W imagery and the rotary dirter. I love the way the bricks look. The beard is a nice touch also. He's wearing a nice shirt.
I give it a 10, oh crap it's a members challenge and I am not a member.
