Photo emphasis is more on the creek, the tree and the leafy ground. Took me quite a few cycles of reading the title, staring, reading the title, etc. to even see the wall. Otherwise a nice photo. |

Composition could be stronger to draw attention to the stone wall as a focal point. This was an original idea. |

The B&W treatment here is good, and the tones in the foreground wonderful. However, the 'subject' is relegated to the background here--both in distance and in terms of the focal point, and that weakens it. Without the caption, I would not have a clue what was being proposed here as low tech. While it's a beautiful photo, try to look at your photos as a "third party" and see if they tell the story you want. |

Is the wall that is tucked way in the background that occupies about 3% of the photo supposed to be the subject? Not good. |

Nice duotone. Everything is focused well, and the exposure is nice. Well done. |

Nice! Sepia tone works well, good foreground and back. |
