A wonderful portrait...really a fetching photograph... but, the humor part falls short for me.. However, it's a successful picture in it's own rights, I'd say it's a "bell ringer." One other thing, and it may be my monitor, I'd like to see the contrast taken up just a tiny amount. I don't think it will kill off the wonderful shadow detail but rather give the image a little more "snap." |

This is an excellent portrait. The connection to the challenge feels a bit tenuous to me -- for humor I would expect a shot of them doing something funny -- but on its own this is an excellent photograph. |

Very nice composition. I like the picture but I don't find it particularly funny. Sorry. The monkey seems to be in sharper focus than the organ grinder man. For this picture to work I want every bristle in his mustache to be sharp. |

quite a nice photo all around.
the dual expressions really bring it to life.
i might have tried to add a bit more contrast to the face of the man, while leaving the monkeys alone.
not the slapstick humor as with many entries, but i hope it does well.

Nice capture of two obviously close friends. I like the choice of crop - you don't need to see the organ to know what the subjects do for a living. |

Beautiful image! THe B&W works well here and I like the way the shadows help in leading the eye. |
