 LOL, after the last set of comments I have received about my photography, this is going to fall flat in dpc - too bad :-).

Composite of 3 images: BG sunset on the beach in Mauritius last year with a strong motion blur to get the streaks and some other blurring,
Silhouette of mother and child on the beach, same day and approx same time but not same image as BG. Darkened completely and re-sized to get the silhouette.
Flame made in Flame Painter when it was still free. Resized and blurred a bit . Several layers of the same in different blending modes which resulted in the dark edges.
Overall enhanced with camera raw and various adjustment layers.

I was kind of astonished when I first viewed this. One of the backgrounds I used in all my trial images was very similar, the colours and the blur, amazing. Glad it reached the top 10.
