| The reason i voted to low is that I am not entirly sure what the yellow streak is. It looks completly out of place. |

| I am not at all sure how the blurred yellow area relates to the photo of the dog. I would have to say the yellow is not the main theme of this photo. |

| A cute dog with amazing blue eyes. But the yellow is background, not the main picture element, and the blurry hand is a loser. If there's a color subject here, it's blue. |

| its a cool image, and a skip it cute, but i find the yellow distracting rather than leading to the impact of the photo |

| The brightness on this does not work IMO |
