Wow, I had to google the type of pasta, had no idea there was even such a thing. As for the image, it really is incr-edible. Sharp from corner to corner and as Lydia says, perfect processing! Or maybe al dente?

I saw it on my phone as vertical (down the middle) and I like it even more!

OMG . this is a real feast for the eyes .!!.
its the sort of image that blows me away and that i would love to have taken ..
trouble is i'm a soft focus sorta girl .. lol .. i should get more adventurous .. ;)
the shot is perfection and the edit is magic ..
