 Well thanks for the five great comments, that’s a lot these days! And I’m surprised that the participants voted this higher than the non, which is rare these days. I have a new profile pic on the front page now. And NO votes 5 or under, woot!

@ vawendy These are the images I used - this which I then blurred using the motion blur tool. I overlayed that image to this one - Cloned out one of the men. Adjusted highlights and contrast and toning, used glam glow, and probably a few other effects which I can not recall now. The scene is the most important part of creating an image like this, along with the colours. Using leading lines is what will grab the viewers eye first and foremost, and of course an added lone figure always grabs attention.

Now that my secret is out of the bag, I'm looking forward to seeing what you all can create.

Congrats Anita and thank you for explaining how you did it. I have seen this type of image before and yes, I could see they blurred it, but so much easier if you can see a few steps :-). Congratulations again.

Thanks Wendy. I̢۪ll post the photos and technique tomorrow. Really quite simple IMHO. All you need are the right images to start with.
