 In hindsight, I should have just done this in Standard Editing.

But... the story got complicated as it went along. *sigh*

I had the scene pictured in my head with a full-grown tree.

I took a photo of that...

Took a photo of someone's hands...

Took a bad photo of some soil.

Took another bad photo of some soil.

Took yet another bad, blurry photo of some soil.

Even put my camera in Auto mode (It was so embarrassed. I don't think she's ever been in Auto mode before.)

I can't even take a good photograph of some soil in a bag on Auto mode. *blush*



But, I photoshopped them all together.

I spent a good while getting the tree and leaves separated from the woods in the background.



I hated it. Except for the hands.


It's the last day, of course... I'm only just starting in the afternoon. *sigh*

My hand model was gone. If she had still been here, I would have put a baby tree and the soil in her hands and... Ba Da Bing!

But, no... That would be entirely too easy. *rolleyes*


So, I decided to go find a baby tree and draw in the soil.

And, that's what I did.


So be it three hours later. :D

Wasn't a bunch of work really...you just have to enter the correct words in the search function :) I just happened to have seen many images similar to your beautiful photo in the past. I also like the entry from 2017 that you just posted a link of...very beautiful. I don't know who created the very first/original photo of this concept but there's a lot of images in this vein on the internet.
