| hey bod, late to the table i am, but this is truly an excellent image. i had no idea the s602 was capable of such sharp detailed macros :) since you got that camera you have been rocking lately. keep it up :). |

CRITIQUE CLUB
Wow wow and double wow!
LIGHTING: Brilliant. Thanks for explaining what you used! I was curious about how you acheived that brilliant blue shine. I LOVE the lighting, but the inside seems a little dark. Not enough to make it noticeable, I'm just curious how it would look with the inside lighted.
CHALLENGE: This met the challenge perfectly, and your ribbon was very well deserved.
SUBJECT: A pen holder? I had NO idea that's what this was. I think that's what makes it so interesting. I thought it was a very LARGE container, meaning your angle and focus were excellent. The effect is fantastic.
OVERALL: I know I'm supposed to honestly "critique" this, but I just can't think of anything that needs improving. Your award was well-deserved. You not only showed great technique, but an awesome eye as well. GREAT job! |

| Metals are real tough to capture correctly. You've done an admirable job... nice image. My eye wants the circle completed though. Love the repetative circles a lot. Great job overall... Dave |
