Well I actually do like this style of editing, and you definitely did knock it out of the park. Didn̢۪t get a chance to vote, as I was away. But this would̢۪ve got my top vote. Adding it as a fave.

damn .. !!!! .. I LOVE YOUR EDITING .. !! .. :)
the canvas effect and the grass becoming almost like feathers .. amazing ..
the photo is pretty awesome too .. ;)
congrats on the red .. for such a stunning image ..

would love to know what you do to create that canvas look and the feathering .. xx
if its DAP .. i've found it too difficult to work out .. seemed like there was something wrong with it as well .. or maybe it was just me .. :(
