 I had so much fun with this - I guess we will have several "hot dogs" in this challenge. It was my little Amber's first Photoshoot in the studio and she can "smile" for the camera, but at times she still goes into a bark, which this is. I did expand her mouth with liquify to make her look more terrifying :-). With the hot dog I got lucky, I had boiled a bone with lots of tendons and stuff for the dogs and it turned out the perfect size AND perfect colour. I dressed it all up with the sauce and in post just blended the dog in. I couldn't decide on the BG ... I actually wanted to copy the "Nightmare on Elmstreet" colours (yellow/red), but realized too late I would have had to change the lighting completely. In the end I settled for the more traditional horror colours of blue/green.

This is edited amazingly. It's truly gross of course but that was the point of the challenge. Did you smother the poor pooch with the unsavoury dressing?? He looks quite distressed.
