 i wanted a bird flying for this challenge .. but that never eventuated .. so plan B was getting some action at the birdbath .. birds dont come that often .. and i'm not that patient .. added to that .. when they did come the light was not conducive to an action shot .. as i had to increase the iso so much to accommodate the fast shutter speed .. (would have loved to go faster) .. and that's with wide open aperture ..
so the resulting image was very noisy and grainy .. just horrible .. to fix that in post can create a very unnatural look .. so i had the crazy idea to create some blur .. which will smooth out the grain .. and also give a nice feeling of movement ..
not sure how this will go because of the blur .. but the grain was so unpleasant i would have got marked down for that .. was a catch 22 ..
