 Wasn't thinking about this challenge when I shot this. I was at a barbecue and a friend of mine asked me to take a photograph of the gold that he found recently. I thought it might just fit the theme.

Not a big fan of the background.

I am very taken with this image. One of my favorites of the challenge because of the presentation and creativity, this is a really nice image that stands out from the bunch.
