| After voting on all of the shots in the challenge, I'm coming back and changing my vote on this one to a 10. One of my two favorites, and possibly the best in the entire category from a fine art perspective. This could hang in a museum. The placement of the hands and they character that they portray, without showing any semblance of a face, is just phenomenal. Another thing that contributes is the simple color scheme. The color in the shirt is matched perfectly by the cane. Composition is so strong dynamically, and I can't get over how much this says, in a quiet manner. This shot is a rare work and will be added to my favorites. |

| Awesome subject -- one of the best of this challenge! Seems like the colors could have been just a teeny bit more bold, but still a 9 in my book. |
