| Every time I see you studying you seem to have quite a headache. Might I suggest some brighter reading lights and a dose of your favorite caffeinated beverage? |

| great angle. i like the "from the top" view. lighting is good. darker onthe subject, with some lighton the books so we can see whats going on. focus and clarity are excelent. great shot. good luck in the challenge. |

| Excellent, I love this and I even know who did this, somehow I always know which is your photo! The crop is very tight but it does it justice in this image. Let's see what you get for this one. And good luck with your exams in summer..... |

| framing is nice. colors are too. too bad a "student's despair" is one of the first idea that pops to mind. I'm deducting some points for lack of originality. Technically well done though. 5 |

| Really good photo. The tone adds to the despair and well as the hands in the hair. The lighting is good....thirds used...nice !!! |

| Good show of tension in the hands. Your focus is on the books leaving the head and hands a little soft. This coupled with the hard shadow across the book below make the shot very dark on the left side. Perhaps a softer fill light to lighting the shadows some but not completely would help. I know that exams are 'dark' and that you probably were going for that feel, I just can't help think that there is a little too much darkness. your composition is good, but with so many items in the picture I don't seem to have a central focal point. My eyes bounce all around the frame not focusing on any one item as the main theme. Hope this helps. |
