fortunately not W himself as well
BTW in my native language the word for lighthouse is Viti, so almost there :)

the birds feel very oversgharpenned, almost false, however I see the validated notice so this must be in camera - I can't put my finger on it, but it just feels wrong somehow.

Sorry - a 5

Well, this has about every element possible! How did you ever get the seagulls so lear compared to the background? Post-processing? This is really creative and innovative - I totally love it! Well done!

Beautiful image. One of the most dramatic uses of depth of field I've ever seen. The composition really enhances the subject matter and the colours are very dramatic also. The more I look at it the more it intrigues me. It goes beyond words. Beautiful.

I like it. But, it does look oversharpened.

I would've liked to have seen the lighthouse a little more clearly

This photo has an amazing 3 dimentional look to it, I couldn't quit staring at it. A few things that detract are that the tower is not horizontal and I wish you somehow hadn't had to crop off the two birds on the bottom right.

Nice picture. You might have considered the variation 'Wind. Waves. Wings.' of your title. It would have reflected the impact of your image.

Beautiful. I wish the birds would have been flying in the opposite direction.

ACK! a beautiful stunning shot ruined by a tilted horizon! Rotate it a degree or two clockwise to get that lighthouse vertical.... still, I'll give you an 8

I really liked the thumbnail size and it's ok at full, would have been nice to get a little deeper to bring in the lighthouse also.

I really like this photograph! Beautiful color hues. First glance of the thumbnail I thought it all out of focus, then see that not so. Very interesting dof. I like it!

Nice shot. I like the windy background. Would have been nice to have more depth of field with more seagulls in focus.
