A good depiction of wind.

did you lay the candle on it's side and then rotate the photo?

Very professional-looking photo! Excellent capture of the flame blowing in the wind. I just love the soft, golden-orange colors in this picture, and the way it gets progressively darker toward the bottom of the photo - a great shot!

Ya almost had me fooled, but the drop of wax on the side of the candle tells the story of how you made this shot! Nicely done.

The flame looks way too stable to be caused by any kind of airflow. That takes away from the image, at least for me. (That is, as far as meeting the challenge topic). Otherwise, I like the lighting gradient. 5.

I think this is too close to a wall or something. The reflection and the dark spot in the upper left are distractions.

that is the perfect way to show a wind blowen flame nice and clearly.. rotate a candle shoot and rotate the pic back
I think the problem with this shot is that the background is too close.. a black background further away would have isolated the flame much better
and the drip of wax is on the wrong side if the wind is blowing from the right... no drip would be better
but still worth a " 7 " good job

Nice tones in the background. The reflection of the flame and that dust speck detract from this otherwise excellent photo.
