It's clearly an "intentional" shot in that sense.

Sorry to admit that I did not vote on this challenge :( - but I would have struggled to find a "fair" score for the same reasons. The struggle would, of course, have been because it's a delightful, beautiful, fresh, capture. As such, I would not have given it below a 5 and would probably have settled on a 6; personally, that's what I do for wonderful photos that I feel don't meet the specific challenge. But I would have reserved my 7-10 scores for something else.

Well done Anita. Those low scores are disgraceful!
Those are probably DNMC scores. I for one felt this didn't meet the spirit of the challenge.

this is not the US judicial system. I don't whine when a voter assumes my blurry shot was not deliberate.

i heartily agree Larry ..
quite a few times i've had a comment by a person making an assumption that was incorrect .. and given a lower vote accordingly ..
and we wonder why so many ppl have left dpc ..
not only the assumptions .. but how one person can change the entire outcome of a photo by giving a very high or very low vote ..
the voting system just doesnt seem to be working anymore .. worked fine back in the day with more ppl ..
are we dying here .. :(

Thank you Roz,
Please see my new post on the Forums concerning voting.

Very cute shot but not in the style of the topic IMO.
