I wonder if this is Neat. It feels like the whole scene is sculpted from clay. the birds walking on the beach (and the grass in the water) save the photo for me.

Nicely scene and captured. The slow shutter make the foreground water both active and serene at the same time. Thee gulls and person really add to the image by allowing the eye to move to them. On not would be the two dark cloud lines in the upper left. Maybe clone them out to keep the sky cleaner.
