| Thanks to everyone for their comments! Taking photos of animals is not easy and I am pleased with my entry. I'm also pleased with how far I have come in the 6 months I have been entering challenges. I'm really learning a lot about lighting and composition. And this result also proves it doesn't take an expensive and fancy camera to create great photos! |

| This captures the spirit of the challenge well. The interaction between the bird and the subject are silent but effective.I like how the pet is somewhat commanding the person. Absolutely spectacular lighting as well. This is a stunning photograph; very well done. |

| A nice picture, but looks like you used way too much NeatImage (or some filter). The soft look is appealing in its way, but you've lost some of the detail in the feathers. The lighting is really nice, though. |

| By far the best photograph in this challenge in my opinion. Great technique and I like the way you isolated the bird and human hands and didn’t let the background distract from the picture. Lighting is great and I love the soft feel. Great focus and color, however I do see some noise but not enough to distract my eye. Great Shot! I think you have a ribbon here. |

| Nice picture. I like the soft focus. The lighting is well done, the important parts are well lit, the rest blends with the background. But you've got some bad jpeg artifarcts in there...Did you have to compress it that much?? 8. |

| very, very striking. love the subtle introduction of the "people" element. Perhaps a HAIR more exposure to help fill in the voids on the bird itself? It may be a monitor thing, I donno. |
