i am absolutely convinced this is a set up shot, taken in your living room.
(just kidding). to me, this is represents what the challenge is all about. |

An exquisite shot of this lovely little lady. Just wish you had shot/cropped more closely in on her. A nice tight shot of her without the distracting elements of the hand/watch/necklace/etc, would have made this a 10 for me. |

The girls expression is priceless! Great lighting which can be a bear to get right in a candid shot when you may not have much time to play with settings. Something looks awekward though and I'm not really sure what it is. Perhaps the ladies hand in the bottom right corner? Perhaps the fact that the mom(?) has no head? Can't really put my thumb on it...

I think this is great. My only nit is that on my calibrated monitor, it has a slight blue tint. Not penalizing you though. 9 |

Lighting is wonderful and I like the soft focus as well. Very natural looking colors too. Only thing I can see as a bit distracting is the woman's watch. |

I like that you truncated the mother's head in this shot. Though normally a HUGE no-no, in this case I think it is better than to have included it. For one thing, it allowed you to focus more on the girl by getting a tighter shot rather than be distracted by the presence of another face. |

This shot is just a notch away from awesome. WHy, it is just slightly OOF and just a little too dark. But I love the photo. |
