I am a first degree Black Belt in Taekwondo but I havent been to class in about a year, its time to get back in shape, I miss it very much.

Technically this is quite fine; good tonal range, great DOF, sharp as a tack. I don't respond especially well to it, but it gets a decent score from me.

I think the multiple light sources casting different shadows on the background a bit distracting. Skin also has the appearance of over NeatImaging. Perhaps having a single light source and standing much farther from your background would take care of the shadow problems.
