Interesting and unique entry. I like the rather dark and moody look to this; it adds to the cramped feeling of a flight. Well done. :o)

The title is what makes this photo work for me -- nice capture of an otherwise mundane moment in time -- a ten!

I have mixed feelings about this image. At some levels it works very well, but it's ultimately not especially satisfying to me. The blurriness of the page turning is a plus, not a negative, incidentally.

The magazine steals the show; would like to see more of the subject

Candid, yes most likely, could be staged, lighting on magazine is not too blown out, but the rest of the shot is so darn black as to not be able to make out anything but the form of the profile, the hands and the mag. This setup could be seen as very artistic and I give high points for what it could be, but find the magazine to be the main subject, the candid human, to be underexposed so much as to bas9ically not be present and the mag is too out of focus to leave an impact.
