Great shot Dave, I agree with other commenters on the croping (have you tried it yet).

Nicely seen, using the natural elements of framing. Only suggestion I have is possibly cloning out the one vertical black branch in the opening of the big branches. ((7))

Great use of framing within the frame.

Nicely composed, but the the tower seems to be just enough of a fraction off the vertical to bother me.

nice capture, and great job framing your subject. i hope you are not getting overlooked in this huge challenge, and that you are getting some good feedback. if anything, i think your image just needs some cropping. take a look at it after taking 10% off the bottom, 30% off the right, and 20% off the left. it makes a world of difference--that turret just POPs right out! well, that's just my opinion. you have a fine image, and i hope it does well for you. good luck here, and in the challenges yet to come!

While I like the tree framing the structure, the composition still feels a bit too centered. Perhaps move to your right a tad? A little more detail in the tree would've been nice too.

Nice frame effect, I would maybe crop a little more off the right side.

Beautiful blue sky and an interesting angle. Looks like the tree bent purposefully for you to see the tower.

I like the idea behind the framing effect here - though I think you might have a little too much frame and not enough subject.
