I feel that this was very well shot. I especialy like the lighting. I do however feel that the image was a little too soft around the face. I decided to score this a little above average. I decided this due to the fact that while technicaly a sound image, and possesing a lovely model, that it lacked a little as far as impact. while this is not a wow photo it is still a very nice image.

In my opinion this is way too soft! |

Gorgeous. I expect you will get a certain share of "too much Neat Image used" type of comments - it is such a personal taste and choice. For me, I think this is just stunning and makes a photo into a portrait. If I were to nit-pik, then I would say that the cheeks just around the nose are a touch light compared to the other skin, and there is a somewhat distracting halo of pink above the upper lip. 8. |

Beautiful girl. I think I would have preferred to see the image unsoftened. To my untrained amatuer eye, it appears that you selectively oversoftened the face compared to her left ear and right sholder/upper torso. Still nicely composed. |

This is pretty, though I think you might have even gone fractionally too far with the soft focus. Also I'd like to see a closer crop around your beautiful daughters face. |

She's beautiful... face is a little soft... if the softness either flowed through the whole photo or was on her chest and not the face, I would like this better... 7 |

Beautiful child, but a little over processed for my taste. |

Very nice soft focus effect. It'll be interesting to see if you are getting negative comments on this much underappreciated effect (at DPC anyways).

Beautiful girl and lovely photo. Unfortunately the treatment (Neat Image I'm guessing) removes too much facial detail and makes the photo less appealing. |

Very nice, but take it easy with the soft-focus! |

Cute little girl, nice pose. I think the Neat Image/blur effects are too strong. Her face and bg are heavily blurred while her ear is very sharp. I would like to see her eyes sharp, as well. |

I like this photo, but the focus is too soft for my taste. |

Wonderful softness here. The curve of her hair on the left adds a nice touch |

A beautiful picture. My only complaint is that the skin and hair in the lower left are sharply rendered while the face is slightly over-0processed, and that's disconterting. I wish at least that the lower left were equally processed compared to the fafce, and ideally that the extreme lightening of the lower face were toned back a little at the same time. |

Lovely girl, nice shot, but postprocessing looks a bit overdone. Too much soft focus is distracting. |

I wold like to see the eyes as the sharpest point of focus. |

Way over prossesed, in my opinion; nice subject though. |
