Just a walk in the Park
Hi Musicman.
Critique by Silver Fox.
Composition is fine and a good photograph for the Bridges Challenge.
Visual interest is pretty good, and you have good focus. I especially like the reflections in the water of the bridge and trees.
Your photograph shows a nice wide angle of the bridge and scenery but you should have backed up a bit and included the other side of the bridge/or cropped a little less on the right hand side to include the right abutment.
The colour of your photograph is good for this time of year as there is not much color available on the trees or bushes yet, unless you want to do something with it on the computer. This would be a beautiful photograph to take in the fall.
Not a bad score or placement for your first Challenge Entry.
Keep up the good work, get out and keep shooting, look forward to seeing more of your shots in the coming weeks.

| It is difficult to see the bridge here. Different lighting or a dif. perspective may help. |

| I don't think that this is a well-composed shot. I think it would look better if you cropped some of the bottom of the photograph. |

| Nice wide angle! Great trees and color. The picture is a little soft, however. I would have cropped a little less on top and a little more on the bottom. ! |

| maybe could have benefitted from a change in colour tone... channel mixer? greyscale? and the right side of the bridge is cut off... |
