Joshua,
I apologize to you for not getting a critique club critique done on this picture. We had a computer crash that kept me offline for a while.
Anyway, this is an awesome shot. You have captured the sun rays very well (something I still cannot do!) and you managed to get the landscape well without blowing out the sky. It may be a touch dark, but I can clearly see the bridge on my monitor. I like the colors and the reflections in the water. The way the bridge and shoreline converge makes for nice leading lines as well. This is a very good shot, and I'm sorry it didn't score higher. |

So difficult to capture the dynamic range in these shots - and this is a pretty damn good effort. Would love to have seen a little more detail in the bridge, but obviously so difficult to keep the sky from flaring out. Graduated filter required? Top photo though, good work |

Very nice, but I don't really see the bridge. The "Glory" is glorious though! :-) |

Difficult to expose this one correctly with the bright sky and dark land. The underexposure on the bottom half is hard to overcome. |

very nice pic but it's a bit hard to distinguish the bridge - it blends a bit too much withthe background (i really love the light comign through the clouds and the color) |

This is a really nice idea, but for me the darkness of the image spoils it somewhat. |

The bridge is way too dark. I would completely miss it if I weren't looking for it. |

Is that God I see up there? Really nice. |

you've expsosed way to much for the sky that the bridge is lost. |

This picture looks like it could be awsome and a winner if not for the underexposure. I don't even see the bridge in here. |

Well, if there is a bridge on the right, i can't see if very well for the sky and the bright sun. |

The volumetric effects created through the clouds, the soft focus of the image, and the distinct image of the bridge obtained through the reflection make this one of my favorite shots of the week. A nice range of tones, and even some diversity of color in an otherwise monochrome shot. |

beautiful sun rays.. gorgeous coloring and reflections. Bridge is barely noticeable, but, hey! you got a great sun ray there! :0) |

Gorgeous shot, but I can't make out the bridge?? |

Beautiful sky. I can lightly see the bridge but I wish the bridge had stood out just a bit more since the bridge is supposed to be the subject for this challenge. Good luck with the challenge. |

Very well seen, a wonderful composition, and the colour is amazing. A 10! |

Oh yes, there's the bridge in the lower right corner. Lovely shot, though I wish it displayed more "bridge-ness." |

Beautiful skyshot, but the landscape and bridge are far too underexposed. |
