I was at a school where the 6th graders were learning the tea ceremony from a visiting lady. It was set up in the principal's office and I was invited to participate between my lessons.
The girl is stirring the green tea in the yellow cup with a bamboo whisk to create a frothy brew. There are many rules to follow in the tea ceremony, and there are different styles.
