I'm not sure what the message of your picture is. If it is what I think it is (and I hope I'm wrong), you're saying that it's annoying to have parking space reserved for handicapped people. If so, I think you should reconsider your attitude towards those people who have been less lucky in their life than most. In Luxembourg, we have a slogan running beneath Parking signs for handicapped: 'If you take my parking, take my handicap as well.'
If on the other hand I'm completely wrong, please tell me so. I'd be terribly sorry to have done you wrong because of a misunderstanding.
For voting, I'll consider only the image's appeal without considering whatever meaning there may be attached to it: 6. |

Wonderful lighting. The sign seems a little soft on my screen, however. |

Not for the handicapped....you may get voted down for this otherwise fine photo! I'll vote for the photo hoping that you'll change your mind and thank God you can walk :) |

Are you annoyed by the signs or by the handicapped individuals needing the parking spaces? |

Annoying? Be happy you don't have to use one... |

It's not clear what you are saying with this picture. Are you saying that there are too many handicapped parking slots...or are you making light of the fact that the sign is inside the barrier there where no one can obviously park? I ask because we can't really tell if the sign is legit and pointed / intended for the space just out of view. Your humor may get interpreted as out-of-place intollerance for the handicapped....and that won't go over too well. |

your picture is ok, but I must say I will vote it not so high just because it is extrememly rude. There are people with severe disabillities who absolutly need these parking spaces. I will give it a 5. |

I like the setting of this picture because the railing and the walls give the picture a really nice effect of texture and color. But i dont really understand the title of the picture. |
