very artistic, and the neutral colors let the distortions take precedence.

I can't really get the impression of road signs here.

I think the image could be improved by 2 things: more of the background to give it a "sense of place" (i.e. don't crop too tightly) and a bit more contrast, particularly the dark areas could be darker.
