Challenge: Self-Portrait III (Advanced Editing IV)
Camera: Fujifilm FinePix S602Z
Location: Freshwater, Isle of Wight, England
Date: Feb 13, 2005
Aperture: F8
ISO: 200
Shutter: 3 Sec
Galleries: Humorous, Portraiture
Date Uploaded: Feb 13, 2005

I opened the shutter with a 2 sec timer delay. Focused with auto focus, then stood in the front of the lense for approximately one and a half secs, then dropped quickly out of shot, whilst the background grabbed the other second and a half. Corrected the light levels in PS to rid myself of the orange cast from indoor lighting, and the results speak for themselves. Hope you like it.

Transparency, it's a great idea for corporate accounting. Clever as it might be, I found it ineffective.

Returning for comment. You got a great idea here and have mastered the long shutter element. Unfortunately, the shelves in the background are distracting from the overall effect. Nice capture.

Double exposure was creative but the setting is really cluttery.
