 I was driving along the motorway when the sun was setting and it looked fantastic. I knew that at the next exit I could get to a canal which ran parallel to the road I was on and had a few bridges across it.
So I dived down to the canal and took a few shots of this bridge before I lost the sun. - This was the very first.

Great colors and sunset. This would be hard to improve on. Maybe some people to give a better sense or proportion.

This is a nice shot. Even though the bridge is very ordinary the sunset in the background adds beauty and personality to the bridge. I love the way the sun reflects off the water underneath the bridge as well. This is a really pretty shot. Nice work.

Nice shot. I think it would have been even better if the sun was obscured by the bridge - it draws too much attention as it is.

The setting was great, somehow I wish you could have had better composition. Of course, I wasn't there.

The colors here are gorgeous -- really stunning -- but the railing on the bridge looks a bit out of focus. Maybe it's just the haloing of the backlighting making it look so, but I think it's a bit soft. I think I'd prefer to see the railing sillhouetted a bit more, as well, darker against the sky.
