 This shot was composed on my parent's kitchen counter by pulling a few things in their kitchen together. I think it turned out being a quit interesting still life.

Hi Bill...

This composition does create an interesting still life. All of the elements of this image definitely say 'kitchen' without any trouble at all... I think that the photo, as a still life, is missing something that could dramatically change the mood of the image... I'm not 100% sure, but the lighting here may actually be TOO good... everything seems to be evenly lit and the light is not creating any special impact on this photo. Some directional lighting could create some nice shadows and change the mood of this photo completely...

Nice colors, your glare is a little overwhelming. Did you mute your lights with some sort of cover or sheet?
