The "bricks" are part of the album liner design - I didn't put them there.

Thanks to all who left me constructive criticism and helpful comments. I'm not sure I follow why one person didn't like the "bricks". I didn't put them in, that is how the liner notes are designed!

I like this too and not just because I was rocked to sleep while the music played, or that it has always been my favorite, but because it has a mood like feel of what Floyd was in the 70's.
In reading the comments one said if the lyrics were in view or focus. Just that bottom last 4 lines at the top where the light fades to dark is what makes this photo a good composition.
"Bring the boys back home
Bring the boys back home
Dont leave the children on their own
Bring the boys back home"

This is a good example of proof that the best music will repeat itself in many ways. By that mean that it lives on as the best even after the band is gone. The meaning of just that song fits right into our lives today. Good job on your first entry and I look forward to seeing more.

Something that might help in peoples decision voting is the size of the photo where a little bigger to see the image. This one could be changed to 460x640. But then again I like this size for this shot only because it has a cover album feel to it. :)

Lovely. I wasn't even around back then but the wall is still one of my favorite rock masterpieces of all time.

I just like this. Soft picture, and the handwriting is cool. Good luck!

Like it!

I think this photo could be improved if part of the lyrics were in sharp focus.
