| I had a lot of fun with the DPC group shooting pictures, just happened to find one flower sticking up pretty far, I believe that this is one of my best from that trip. |

Now, I quite like this flower photo though I would perhaps have dodged the flower a bit and maybe it would have been better if it were a tad larger in the picture. I'm fond of the background though, especially the red part at the bottom.
However, I don't find this photograph to fit the lines challenge that well, there are perhaps few lines one notices but they are certainly not a major part of the picture. |

| I like the images I've seen from Antelope Valley... We've got pretty good wildflowers over here in AZ too. :) |

| pretty, like the composition, like the colors, fits the clhallenge. Only thing missing is impact. Better (less static) than most flower shots but it doesn't evoke a response more than pretty. 7 but will pass again. |
