Beautiful moon shot. Must have been excellent seeing. i will be interested to see what you shot this through. My only change would be to rotate/crop for perfect symmetry (with the terminator exactly at 45 degrees). |

Gorgeous detail. I'm guessing a telescope instead of a long focal-length lens but I'll be curious to see. |

Now this photo has the background the other moon needed! Again, would love to know the equipment used for this shot! |

This is the coolest shot I've seen of the moon in a long time. Moon pictures are so frequently taken when it's full, so you don't get the great detail in the craters. I really like this picture. |

Another moon - even better than the last one I saw. Please be sure to reveal the details of the equipment used to get this great image. Your light source is excellent:-) |

Of the two moon images submited to this challenge I like yours best. In my opinion the clarity and tones are better. Very nice shot. I am amazed at the quality of amature astronomical photography in the age of digital cameras. |

Wow -- that's a STUNNING shot! I've always wished that I had a telescope and an adapter to allow me to do something like this. That's really, really impressive. Congrats -- I hope this gets a ribbon, or at least in the top 10. A 10 from me! |
