Most of the picture is too out of focus for me. Without the title, I would not have been able to figure out what this picture is about.

Technically this photo is very good, the lighting and DOF as perfect. However, I think too many distractions around the stomach have taken some of the focus away from the message. The hands really donĂ¢€™t look that elegant at this angle; If they had been lying by her side while retaining the necklaces on the belly in my opinion, the image would have been more powerful.

I really like this photo...but the more I look at it,the more confused I get...maybe something about the hands,or the pearls?

Nicely done and unique for sure....but what would an ad agency want this for exactly? It would not be a popular request. Maybe a photo of a pregnant woman would be great but this is too specific (with the pearls, etc). Don't get me wrong...it's very artistic and nicely done though.
