Good compositon. I'd like to see less shadow on the eyes. (A white reflector board is a cheap way to get fill light.)
I like that you chose to present in B&W. Very effective.

I am struggleing with this image becuase I like the photo very much, but I don't see a visual relationship to the chellenge theme. If I were to rate the photo on its image impact that is left to my imagination I would rate it above average, I like the print quality therefore I would rate that above average as well...Subject matter in relation to the contest theme I would rate very low. (I always prefer the image to tell me what it is about rather than the photographer telling me in writing) My rating for this image needs to put all these elements together so myscore is what it is.
Nice photo though and I would love to see more. |

| very nice - like the title, his eye direction, the cross made with the tile on the wall, very spiritual, would like to see more of his mouth and eyes (a bit dark) 8 |
