Cute idea and it has great potential. But the lighting is very harsh, wiping out all detail on the black cat. Black animals in general are so hard to photograph, that much I really know having 2 black cats myself and a couple of black horses at the barn! ;) THe use of flash in this shot caused the harsh light on the covered wagon top and the reflection in the cat's eyes and is very distracting. If you could diffuse the flash or bounce it so it's not so harsh that too would help. And maybe the angle of the shot, if you could get the cat to sit inside the wagon top and shoot more from the side? A 5 |

Black kitties don't photograph well do they! Wish you didn't use the flash, some backlighting would have done the job.. |

This is my secong go-around =) - Very creative idea! For some reason the cat looks like he/she was cut out and placed in the picture. Maybe too much post-processing? Also, the cat's coat could use a little more detail... a silver or gold reflector to the right would have looked nice. |

Pets and flashes don't always mix. :) I like the set-up, though! Points for atmosphere! |

The glare in the eyes is rather distracting in my opinion. |

I only gave this a 3. The flash-look in the eyes, no detail in the cat itself, with the cat almost being out of the shot altogether. |
