An abandoned house in one of Amman's old neighborhood or Jabal El Webdeh. This house changes colors when the weather changes and is one of my favorite places to visit and admire, oh how I wish I could buy this house. The owners died many years ago and the descendants cannot agree who gets the house...what a pity

I actually like the long shadows acrosss the building. You could call it distracting....but I find it makes things more interesting. Nice job.

looks old, but not really abandoned needs to be a little creepier.

If this is abandoned, you should buy it and make it yours...it would be a cool place to live. Most of the buildings in this challenge are abandoned because they are falling apart, ugly and abused. This place just looks empty, which is a shame.

Usually an image grabs my attention, but with this one, the title grabbed me.
Quite poetic.
Nice detail & compoosition and nice job on presenting a sharp image without over-sharpening. The blue in the sky is a bit noisy (grainy) but oh well - such is life in the land of compreesion.

Would almost be believable if spot editing was allowed :)

Tooooooo long a title. Interesting place and good shot, but for the shadows.

I think the shadows in front detract and a different time of daty would have been preverable.

Heavy shadows are a little distracting.

The building is lovely, but the harsh shadow is very distracting. I think if taken at a different time of day it may have helped. Hope this feedback is helpful :)

I think I would like this better at a different time of the day.

The long afternoon shadows kind of get in the way
