Perhaps a little too centered composition-wise.
A little different point of view would have eliminated the "pipe" in the lower right corner, which is an element of distraction. |

I like what I see, but, I wish I could see more. That tree is in a frustrating place. Nice rich color, though, and the lighting is good. |

Stand to the right and take a longer view. The tree next to the building could be used to help frame in the building. This is too centered. It is nice and crisp though and you have good contrast over the entire picture. |

(responding to your title) Yes, it has. Colors are a bit flat because of the time of day. Wonder what this very interesting structure would have looked like in late afternoon, or early morning, with shadows hitting that latticework in what is left of the roof. |

I like this image....but it doesn't make me feel much about the building rather I think the building is making me relate more to it's surroundings. |
