more contrast and cropping so that things are level would help. Or, go the other extreme and use an extreme camera angle |

Looking at this photograph and the subject gives me the sense of she is thinking huh what did I do wrong why did this turn out like this. The background doesnt really do anything to enhance the subject. Maybe some post processing with dodge and burn could have helped keep the focus on the subject. |

It is nice to see a person at work in a real work environment. I like the composition (with the slight angle of the shot) and the action of the hands. I think it would be stronger with a little more contrast and a little more of the foreground to show what she is working on.
