This is a great pic that leaves me begging for a slightly longer exposure.

The shadow falling across the boy is distracting. The colors have an odd reddish cast to them and the picture seems a bit grainy. It would be interesting to see this processed in a way that increases the grain and fades the colors a bit more to make this feel like an old family snapshot.

If could have the boy stick out a little more I think this would be much stronger. Granted it was just a basic challenge so I don't hold it against you. Nice job.

Great shot. Would be nice if there was more light on the kid to really draw the attention there as opposed to the clouds which are the lightest part of the image. The could easily be fixed outside of challenge editing rules.

I like the shadows of the trees on the beach and how to child is sitting where the light is, it brings your eye to him

I know the boy occupies a small portion of the image, but he just doesn't seem to be the focus of the photo to me. 5
