Needs more dof. Don't like the blurry wristband. |

Probably would do better with great DOF. Lower right side a bit washed out. |

Good contrast, for an actual as though I would have sharpened the logo a bit better. |

Very nice. The focal depth could be a tad deeper so that the whole face is in focus. |

soft focu on the lower band detracts from the commercial nature of the challenge. Good lighting and background though |

Very nice composition and lighting, but the focus on the face is a little soft for my taste. |

Nice dof, but i feel the lighting lets this down a bit. Not enough luminosity to give the watch that special character, imho. 6 |

Excellent composition, but the DOF is a little too shallow and the lighting is a little harsh. 5 |

Lightinh not very good I think. Looks like a direct flash was use. Too litle of the watch is in "good" ligth. |

Well composed and good control of the lihting/lack of reflections.
Not real sure the band falling that much out of focus that fast feels right though. |

Because the lettering on the watch is out of focus, you've lost the ability to really "sell" with this image. I like the attempt you've made, and your idea is sound, you just need to work a little on the execution. |

Fab watch!
I'd like to see more focus on the face. |

I believe the watch would have shown better with alittle light on the top of the band. Just alittle out of focus but not much. I am distracted with the blurry lower band. I may have brought the face down alittle so both ends of bands are displayed, centering on the watch head.

There are a few pictures of watches here and I can not give them high scores because I do not fiend them as jewellery sorry
And this one is used, it would look much better if it ware not! |

very good presentation fro a compositional point of view. However, the focus here is left wanting. These angles present or add to the difficulty of getting the most from your dof. At this distance it is shallow and the angle extends the problem. The way to achieve optimum dof is to reduce the aperture say to f22 and then shoot it in as many seconds as you need, provided you stop the watch. Anayway, you get full credit for superb composition. Bumping up to 6 |
