| Good compostion but the photo lacks any power to it. The sky needs more color or a more dramatic cloud cover. The post should be better lit. |

| The lamp is lost too much in this background. The background needed to be brighter or the lamp darker. |

| Good background and technically fine, but simple and not very interesting. Playing with contrast or highlights to bring out the clouds, or adding an external light to draw attention to the lamp might have helped. |
