Straightened, cropped, adjusted color and contrast, resized, sharpened, added border.
I am relying on the description of the challenge rather than the title of the challenge for direction. I know this is quite risky as it would be better to comply with both. I had thought of titling this "The Gondola," but thought that even though humorous, that few would find the gondola the strong point of the image even though it better matches the occupies small part of image better.
I am entering the picture because I believe it to be well composed and well timed as the tractor and gondola were moving at fairly good speeds so I had to pan the shot for the tractor and click for the tram which fortunately had reached a dark background.
Recent rains provided clear deep blue morning sky after the fog was swept away by the morning winds. |

Overexposed and the composition is awkward |

The colors seem rather understated here. I'd prefer to see either more color or a straight B&W. |

Interesting composition. IMO, this photo could use a little photoshop post-processing, at least some contrast to bring out the colors a bit more. |

Very Scenic, but a bit oversharpened |

The color of the tractor is a little dull, this makes it hard to pick it out as the main subject |

Very busy (for minimalism). Could use a little more saturation. |

Photo is crisp and lovely. I'm not sure it makes me think of minimalism though. Only because I find so many different things I notice in the photo. The man, the roses, the mountain, the house in the hills, etc. The photo itself though is nice. |

Good clarity, the colors could use some saturation, particularly the red.
Looks like Northern California... |

I would like to be constructive about the effort, but I am struggling with this shot to see it's relevance to the challenge. Firstly an array of objects draw my attention, so I cannot focus on any single object. Secondly, this seems to be happening a lot in this challenge, regarding interpretation of minimalism, but this is certainly not it. |

The farmer lacks attention and subject focus, nice idea, 3 |

Feels a little busy for a minimalist piece, but nice all the same |

There are too many things to draw the eye, the subject doesn't seem to be in focus (assuming it's supposed to be the man, not the flowers), and the scene would benefit greatly from a large increase in contrast. |
