The noise in the sky in this shot, is very distracting in my opinion, especially since the main focul point is so small. |

Maybe a little too minimalist, your subject gets lost in all that negative space. |

Good minimal composition, but the grainy finish hurts this photo. |

Hard to tell what the subject is, without the help of the title. First thing noticed if you didn't read the title, is the skyline, not the airplane. |

Oh my. Was the "noise" intentional??? On my screen it is a pink and purple pixelated mess from the ground up. Perhaps it was a resizing issue? |

Ohh... The thumbnail looked so very promising but the image quality is pretty bad in this image so I rated it fairly low. The composition is pretty good though and I like the purple colour but the noise is just dreadful and it is just frankly lacking in picture quality. Did you resize it yourself? If no, then you should probably look at the tutorial on how to prepare your shot for challenges and how to use save for web. If yes and if you meant this shot to be this way then just ignore me for it is simply not to my taste. Good effort though. |

I like the colors, but just a little too much artifact for my taste. Looks more like an UFO than an airplane. |

It's a good idea, but your pic is not very clear. |

great idea, but the picture is just too hazy with too much "noise" to get a high score... neat image will do wonders for the 'noise.' a trial can also be downloaded for free on its website |

Might try using something like Neat Image to clean up the heavy noise. Interesting color. |

Colors are interesting, but the scene is out of focus and very noisy. Try picking up a copy of Noise Ninja. |

Sorry, but I don't see that the plane is any less predominant than the city below. |

this shot for me doesnt really represent minimalism.....there is a very small airplane in the shot but i am sure not drawn to it as the main subject.....just my opinion |

too far way
& too indistinct
there seemsto be a large amount of noise in this image as well as jpg artifact noise |

minimilism to the extreme. would of liked it just a bit closer. |

Fits the challenge well, but it's just too grainy! Have you tried using NeatImage (free to download the demo) |

Great job of meeting the challenge requirements. I like the city skyline as a secondary subject to the airplane. However, your photo appears grainy and slightly out of focus. The purple really detracts from the photo. |

I see a lot of digital noise in the sky |

I don't care for the coloring |
