seems your white balance is slighty off. image was a magenta-ish tone.

Beautiful composition, very sharp and clean.
Personally I don't like the pink casting. Still a very good take on the challenge.7

Meets challenge description 10
Meets difinition of Minimalism. 5 I believe minimalism would require a closer and more simplified search of the meaning of what it would be to be a snail.
Technical. 5 The focus seems to be off
Artistic. 4 Snails are interesting subjects and I think you are on to some serious snail artistic vision here. But, I don't feel that where your subject falls in the frame says much about or makes this image interesting. This image seems to be more a snap shot rather than a piece of work that calls for me to be drawn to it wanting more.

I don't know what the large empty space has to do with the snail. The pixels would have been better invested in providing detail of the snail.

The third snail-on-montone-background entry I've seen so far. This one avoids being on completely harsh white, which is good, but the color is still bright enough to be hard on the eyes. The shadow adds some effect, which is good, but the overall image still isn't all that interesting.

I almost did a snail I still have it on my camera nice detail on the snail not too keen on the backgound it looks a bit washed out
