Good capture of the fireworks! Not sure if there's anything that can be done about it, but there are parts of the sky (where the trees are) which are blacker than the rest. If it were solid black I think you'd have a nice abstract shot.

Nice abstract... but I'm not keen on the panoramic crop which seems unnecessary, and the composition doesn't quite feel balanced to me.
