That street light way overpowers the building IMHO. This could be changed to a star shape by shutting down the aperature and doing a longer exposure, if you have that ability. I like the angle and the blue!

the bright light in the bottom right is too harsh and detracts from what could have been a nicely composed shot. perhaps with the taller building on the right of the image so that the bright light wasn't included, or shooting side on in portrait maybe
